PRODUCT CHANGE & RETURNS
To change a product, you have a period of 14 days after receiving or picking your package to communicate with us either by phone or by email.
We will review each case on an individual basis to decide whether we will accept your change or return. If your change or return is accepted, we will ask you to send the product to our address, using your own funds.

We will then conduct a thorough check to make sure that the product is in the same condition that we sent it to you. We advise that you insert a note indicating your personal details (phone, email, address), order number, and the change request in the package.
We will not offer you a refund, but you may go on to purchase a different product of a value higher than the initial value of the first product. We will then subtract the first product’s price from your new purchase, and you will be liable for the balance. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the new product.
If we receive a package that you have not communicated with us about, we won’t accept it if the charges are on us.
Otherwise, we will contact you if the return is in the period of 14 days after picking/receiving package (for Cyprus), 25 days after picking/receiving package (for international deliveries) and provided you have included your proper contact details.
After 14 days of receiving or picking your package, we will not accept any return or change, and you will be responsible for finding a way to pick back your product.
You however accept that there are certain products that cannot be returned or changed. (go and read the list)
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PRODUCT CANCELLATION, RETURN OR CHANGE
Here is our list of products that cannot be returned, changed or canceled:

• Personalized plates
• Wedding number plates
• Personalized decals/stickers
• Snow chains
• Tailor-made seat covers
• Tailor-made vinyl bed covers
• Fender flares
• Alloy wheels
• Bed liners
• Tool boxes
• Bed bars
• Products that are sold per meter e.g. Rubber Seals
RECEIVING A BROKEN PRODUCT
You must inspect your product upon delivery to you. If you notice that it is damaged or broken, you must inform the courier point or delivery man that the package is damaged and cannot be accepted.
If you do not take this very important step of rejecting the delivery, we will not be liable to issue you a refund.
REJECTION OF UNDAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the case that you reject a product that is not broken or damaged, we will not be liable to you for a refund.
CUSTOMERS DO NOT PICK UP A PACKAGE IN CYPRUS
If you do not pick up a package within Cyprus and it is returned back to us, we will give you a grace period of 14 days from the day that we received it, during which you may request that the product be resent to you, bearing in mind that you will be responsible for all related shipping costs. After 14 days, you can no longer claim the product.
CUSTOMERS DO NOT PICK UP AN INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE
If you do not pick up an international package and it is returned back to us, we will give you a grace period of 14 days from the day that we received it, during which you may request that the product be resent to you, bearing in mind that you will be responsible for all related shipping costs. After 14 days, you can no longer claim the product.
ORDER MISTAKE FROM YOU
If you made a wrong order for a different model or wrong product by accident, you could send the ordered item to our address for a replacement. You, however, understand that you will bear the cost of sending the product back to us, as well as the shipping costs again for the correct product if available. If the correct product is not available, you may proceed to use our product change service.
ORDER MISTAKE FROM US
If we make a mistake and send you a wrong product or a wrong model, we will ask you to send the product back to us. We will be responsible for the shipping costs in this instance, and will reissue you a full refund or send you the correct product if available.
ORDER CANCELLATION BY YOU
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund you the amount less processing charges from Visa. You understand and accept that the refund may take a while, as such refunds are affected by Visa, and not by us.
If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, we will treat such a cancellation as a product change & returns (go there to read).
You however accept that there are certain products that cannot be canceled once you have placed your order.
ORDER CANCELLATION BY US
We have the right to cancel an order made by you if we suspect a deceitful transaction by you.
We will always notify you when we implement an order cancellation and we will do this by sending you an email. We will not charge for any orders cancelled by us, and we will re-issue a credit in the exact amount of the charge if our order is cancelled after we have received your payment.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
If you have chosen a product that is out of stock, and this is discovered after we have confirmed your order, we will do our best to suggest an alternative product if you cannot wait until the product becomes available. Alternatively, we will issue you a full refund.
You understand that we do not produce car accessories ourselves and act solely as a wholesaler/retailer of car accessories manufactured by other companies. As a result of this, we will not offer any buyer any warranty.
You must take up all warranty issues with the original manufacturer of the product in question.
